La HEAD is a private Japanese Head Massage salon located in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo.
In Japan, this treatment is known as a “Dry Head Spa,” a unique style of head massage performed without water or shampoo, so your hair remains dry throughout the treatment.
Unlike a typical head massage that focuses only on the scalp, La HEAD treats the head, neck, shoulders, and arms as one connected area, providing a deeper level of relaxation.
Our techniques are based on an understanding of the body’s structure and movement, helping to gently release tension not only in the head but throughout the upper body.
The salon features a calm and refined interior finished by craftsmen who have also worked on the restoration of Japan’s Important Cultural Properties.
With fully private treatment rooms, you can escape the busy city and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing experience.

Important Information Before Your Visit
All treatments at La HEAD are provided by one therapist.
For this reason, treatments are offered one guest at a time.
If you visit with family members or friends, each guest will receive their treatment in turn.
While waiting, you may relax in our private waiting room, where a comfortable reclining chair is available.
Even if you are waiting for your companion’s treatment, you are welcome to enjoy the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the salon.
