We carefully loosen everything from the scalp to the neck and shoulders,
using magnesium gel to soften stiff muscles.
In addition,
we warm your abdomen with basalt stones during the treatment.
Warming the abdomen deepens your breathing,
helping tension in the body release more easily.
During the treatment, a warming eye mask gently heats the eye area,
easing tension around eyes that work so hard every day.
