About 86% of Our Guests Fall Asleep During Their Treatment

You may be curious about dry head spas but wondering,
“Is it really that relaxing?”
“How many people actually fall asleep?”
If so, you are not alone.

So, based on our visit data since our grand opening,
La HEAD put together a simple tally of how many guests fell asleep during their treatment.

The result: about 86% of our guests fell asleep during their treatment.

Of course, falling asleep is not the goal in itself.
Still, we feel it is a good indication of how many people are able to relax so deeply that they let go without even realizing it.

Today, we face not only a flood of information from smartphones and computers,
but also many moments of pressure at work and in our relationships,
making it all too easy for both mind and body to stay in a state where they can never quite rest.

When this continues,
“My head feels heavy.”
“My mind won’t switch off.”
“Even after sleeping, I still feel tired.”
it can lead to feelings like these.

At La HEAD, we care for the scalp together with the areas connected to the head, such as the neck, shoulders and back of the head,
gently easing the tension around your head.

Another feature of our approach is that we do not rely on feel alone; our treatments draw on knowledge gained at an osteopathic clinic and take into account the structure of the body and how it is connected.

Beyond the treatment itself,
we also take care to create a space that minimizes outside stimulation, from lighting and scent to sound and temperature.

Rather than “just getting a massage,”
we focus on creating a state in which you can naturally let go.
We believe this is one of the reasons so many guests fall asleep at La HEAD.

Guests who have visited us have shared comments such as:
• I fell asleep before I knew it
• I felt truly rested for the first time in a long while
• I slept soundly until morning
• My head felt clear, and it was easier to get work done afterward

We are happy to hear feedback like this.

Of course, everyone’s experience is different.
Still, if you are thinking “I want to truly rest,” “I want to empty my mind” or “I just want to relax,” a dry head spa may be one option worth considering.

At La HEAD, we see the dry head spa not as mere relaxation,
but as time to rest your thoughts and restore your condition.

If you have been noticing mental fatigue or light, restless sleep lately,
we warmly invite you to experience it for yourself.
